Shipping
Despite being an international brand, the OppoSuits Australian website ships orders from a warehouse in Melbourne.
Shipping is free for all orders Australia wide with Startrack.
Orders are dispatched quickly, usually the same or next business day. OppoSuits orders placed before 11am AEDT shipped the same day, otherwise they are shipped the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
Both refunds and exchanges are covered by the OppoSuits return policy. The returns period is 14 business days from the day your receive your order. So you must have posted your return order back to OppoSuits within this timeframe, thought they do not need to have received it within the 14 days.
The packing slip that you receive with your order contains the return information including the return address. You will need to specify on the form whether you would like a refund or an exchange and if so what size you require. For a change of mind or incorrect size return your will have to pay for shipping. If your order is faulty or wrong you will need to contact OppoSuits support.
