Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason, you are unhappy with any item in your T.M. Lewin order, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned with a receipt or delivery note and in saleable condition. Returns exclude any altered shirts, underwear, footwear, gift voucher purchases and delivery charges.
Faulty items may be returned within six months of purchase along with the applicable receipt or proof of purchase. Once T.M. Lewin have received the goods back, they aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 5 business days.
